We enjoyed a wonderful family getaway! The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home. The pools were a hit with the kids, and we loved that we could bring our pets along. The hotel's proximity to local restaurants made dining easy and convenient.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger children.

Our stay spanned 21 nights. Bryan at the front desk truly shined, always personable and eager to assist. The swim-up bar staff delivered exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks. However, room maintenance clearly needs attention, and the dining options left much to be desired. Tip, Bring your own hairdryer for convenience.

We appreciated the last-minute accommodation! The garden view from our Junior Suite offered a lovely escape, making our stay feel more refreshing. The staff were friendly during check-in, which made our arrival seamless.

During my week-long stay in a Deluxe Studio at Park Royal, I found the internet service sufficient for my work needs, although slightly slow for video calls. Additionally, the relaxing pool area and quality food options nearby, such as Santo Pulpo and La Comer, added to my positive experience.

The shower head in my room was problematic.

The sunsets from our third-floor condo were simply breathtaking! The staff kept everything super clean & the pool was so relaxing. Just wish the room decor was updated more, felt a bit dated. 🌅
